"DELICIOUS!!!!!!! GET SOME!!!!! We ordered the Fried Smothered Porkchops with 3 sides and the Jerk Turkey Wings with 2 sides and cornbread. BEST Soulfood I’ve had in Charlotte! The lady working the front was awesome in helping us decide what’s good. She recommended their special menu items! I ended the meal with some Sweet Potato Cake! Excellent meal! I can’t wait to eat here again!"

"Delicious and good prices for soul food. The staff was all very nice. :) Is located at the front of the walmart. My favorite item was the strawberry crumble cake. The cornbread was a little dry."

"On the evening of Valentine’s Day 2026, my best friend of 30 years called me up wanting to get something to eat since she and I were both single and had no dates, lol. My bestie didn’t have a place in mind and asked if I could suggest somewhere to go. Remembering that my older daughter ate at Skyview before and praised it for being a place that serves great food at an affordable price, I suggested Skyview Restaurant for dinner. Customer service was amazing and the gentleman that took our orders was friendly, while we laughed about how I wanted to scan my best friends receipt for Fetch, lol. Both my friend and I ordered the fried fish which was delicious and cooked perfectly; It even came with cornbread. The sides were great too! I had the potato salad and collard greens. The food is cooked fresh upon ordering which another kind gentleman brought it out to us. I’m glad that my best friend and I went there for dinner. I look forward to going back again soon. If you’re looking for a place serving good homemade soul food, I would highly recommend Skyview 22. Mary"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SkyView 22 Restaurant is amazing! The baked chicken and fried pork chops are my absolute favorites — so delicious and full of flavor. The rice and gravy are perfect, and the cabbage is hands down some of the best I’ve had. The owner is incredibly sweet, and the customer service is always beautiful and welcoming. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, with great music that makes the experience even better. I highly recommend stopping by — you won’t be disappointed!"
